Editorial Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating with writers to receive their articles on time for the magazine. An editorial status of the issue will be regularly emailed to you, outlining the necessary follow-ups required. Additionally, you will be responsible for mailing questionnaires to respondents, sourcing and mailing contact details for writers, and following up on all photographs needed for articles. At the end of each issue, you will prepare an Issue Report using the provided format. You will also be required to make databases of industry-wise contacts and questionnaires for each issue. Acting as a liaison between external parties and the magazine to ensure smooth communication is also part of your role. Moreover, you will schedule interviews for the Executive Editor and maintain updated client data sheets and complimentary lists monthly. Coordinating agreements for important events like seminars or exhibitions for magazine distribution and providing database support to branches for ad managers will also be your responsibilities.
