Job Title : Edible Oil Mill Shift In-Charge Location : Gandhidham, Gujarat Department : Production – Edible Oil Mill Industry : Edible Oil / Agro-Processing Salary : ₹60000 per month Experience : 5+ Years Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Oil Technology preferred) Key Responsibilities : Shift Operation in Edible Oil Mill Manage daily crushing and extraction operations of oil seeds such as soybean, cottonseed, and groundnut Supervise expellers, seed preparatory units, filtration, and oil recovery systems Production Monitoring and Yield Optimization Ensure optimal oil yield with minimal wastage Monitor press cake quality, oil moisture, and temperature control Quality and Safety Compliance Follow SOPs for edible oil safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards Maintain safe working conditions, participate in audits, and monitor PPE usage Manpower Management Lead and guide shift teams including operators and helpers Ensure smooth coordination across shifts and adherence to production targets Breakdown and Maintenance Coordination Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the engineering team Maintain logbooks for downtime, efficiency, and maintenance requests Reporting Record and report shift-wise production, raw material consumption, and utilities usage Submit reports to the Production Head and maintain documentation for audits Skills Required : Strong technical understanding of edible oil extraction processes Hands-on experience in expeller, crusher, and filtration operations Ability to manage shifts independently in a continuous plant environment Familiarity with ISO, FSSAI, and Factory Act compliance Contact: 9904582301 / 6358812301 Email your resume to: resume@theactivegroup.in Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
