Job Title: ECP Payroll Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP ECP Payroll Specialist with 7 to 12 years of experience in payroll operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Australian Payroll systems and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role involves processing payroll, ensuring compliance, and providing support for audits and employee queries. The candidate will collaborate with HR, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations.Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Australian employees using SAP ECP.
- Review and validate payslips to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate gross-to-net and variance reports to identify discrepancies and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Perform regular compliance tasks, including social security reporting and tax filings.
Audit and Compliance:
- Support internal and external audit requests by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with Australian labor laws and regulations.
Employee Support:
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, tax deductions, and benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll-related issues.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Technical Skills Required:

Extensive experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Strong understanding of Australian Payroll systems and regulations.
Proven expertise in payroll operations, including processing, reporting, and compliance.
