Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated E-Commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will work closely with our experienced team to learn about the industry, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills. You will have the opportunity to work on real projects, contribute to the team, and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing and listing the products online
• Maintaining reporting and returns
• Monitor and maintain customer feedback
• Work on problem-solving and product optimizations
• Regularly manage inventory across e-commerce portals
• Work on WordPress/Magento/Shopify website development
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and amazon sponsored ads is a big plus
• Learning and implementing best practices in e-commerce

Required Candidate Profile

• Honest, Hardworking, and Dedicated
• Graduate in any field
• Efficiency in MS Excel & shortcut keys
• Hands-on experience in most used formulas and functions like sort, filter, VLOOKUP, sub-total, concatenate and pivot tables
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in E-commerce, Market Places
• Must have a full working knowledge of Marketplaces like Amazon, etc.
• Knowledge of digital marketing a plus
• Eager to learn, smart and decisive,
• Possess a pleasing personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
