Responsibilities Managing and listing the products online Maintaining reporting and returns Monitor and maintain customer feedback Work on problem-solving and product optimizations Regularly manage inventory across e-commerce portals Work on WordPress/Magento/Shopify website development Working knowledge of digital marketing and amazon sponsored ads is a big plus Learning and implementing best practices in e-commerce Required Candidate Profile Honest, Hardworking, and Dedicated Graduate in any field Efficiency in MS Excel & shortcut keys Hands-on experience in most used formulas and functions like sort, filter, VLOOKUP, sub-total, concatenate and pivot tables Minimum 1+ years of experience in E-commerce, Market Places Must have a full working knowledge of Marketplaces like Amazon, etc. Knowledge of digital marketing a plus Eager to learn, smart and decisive, Possess a pleasing personality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
