As an E-commerce Specialist at Spaces Unhooked, you will play a crucial role in conveying our commitment to crafting exceptional experiences through online channels. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance the entire e-commerce journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. This includes curating and updating product listings, collections, and promotions, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance performance and conversion rates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in design, content, and marketing to deliver a cohesive digital experience. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) or e-commerce settings, along with proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools. A keen eye for design and a genuine passion for interiors are essential, as you will be responsible for translating craftsmanship into a visually appealing and user-friendly digital platform.
