Ecommerce Specialist

🕒 Type: Freelance / Contract / Full-time (Flexible)

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Listing Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify. The ideal candidate should have strong marketplace experience and a deep understanding of category approval, listing optimization, and product ranking strategies.

• Create and optimize product listings with high-quality titles, descriptions, bullet points, tags, and keywords.
• Ensure proper category mapping and handle approvals where required (Amazon/Flipkart).
• Upload and manage images, videos, and A+ content (where applicable).
• Track listing performance and suggest improvements for visibility and conversion.
• Coordinate with our design/content team for creatives if needed.
• Manage bulk uploads via Excel/CSV templates.
• Ensure listing compliance with platform policies.
• (Optional) Manage basic advertising campaigns (Amazon/Flipkart Ads).

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Proven listing experience on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
• Strong understanding of product SEO and keyword tools.
• Familiarity with listing templates (Flat files for Amazon, Flipkart Excel Sheets, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce stores.
• Knowledge of inventory tools like Unicommerce, Zoho Inventory, etc.
• Basic photo editing or ability to coordinate for listing images.
• Prior experience with fashion, home décor, electronics, or beauty categories.
