Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Parel. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, and developing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring website performance, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in E-Commerce and Sales
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Well versed with shopify, shiprocket, Unicommerce and excel
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
