Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Specialist located in Moradabad. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes creating and implementing e-commerce strategies, working closely with the sales team, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Commerce and Sales
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and identify trends
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proficient Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
