• Lead day-to-day operations & strategy across social commerce platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, content, logistics, and product teams to execute integrated campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate influencer/creator programs and product seeding strategies
• Manage inventory planning, listings, fulfillment tracking, and performance dashboards
• Work closely with external stakeholders to capitalize on growth opportunities
• Take complete ownership of the entire channel’s P&L leading to cost optimization & profit maximization
