Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Ecommerce Specialist - Amazon. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing Amazon seller accounts, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, and strategizing to increase sales and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring account health, handling customer service inquiries, conducting market research, and staying updated with the latest eCommerce trends and Amazon policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and E-Commerce expertise
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and marketplace management
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and eCommerce tools is a plus
