Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Ecommerce Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Junior Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing eCommerce operations, assisting with sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, handling customer inquiries, executing communication strategies, and supporting eCommerce sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to manage inquiries and build customer relationships
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• E-Commerce and Sales: Understanding of eCommerce platforms and sales strategies
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in eCommerce or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
