About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Coordinator to manage business operations across our quick commerce and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor & Channel Operations: Manage day-to-day distributor coordination, order processing, and replenishment for quick commerce partners.

Inventory Control: Track stock movement from central warehouse to distributor and partner hubs, ensuring zero stockouts and optimal fi ll rates.

Last-Mile Logistics: Oversee dispatches, transit timelines, and delivery SLAs; troubleshoot delays or discrepancies proactively.

Performance Analysis: Monitor key operational KPIs (fi ll rate, OTIF, ageing inventory, return rates) and initiate process improvements.

Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with supply chain, sales, fi nance, and partner account managers to streamline operations.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records for invoices, GRNs, stock audits, and partner documentation.

Process Optimization: Identify gaps and propose automation or workflow improvements for faster turnaround.

Requirements

Graduate degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations).

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or supply chain, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or quick commerce setups.

Hands-on experience with distributor management systems, inventory software (SAP, Unicommerce, or similar)

Strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets profi ciency. Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
