We are seeking a performance-driven and innovative E-commerce Ads Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Quick-Commerce platforms, and global marketplaces).

•Convert marketplace data into actionable insights and winning strategies that drive visibility and sales.

•Perform competitor analysis to spot opportunities, refine strategies, and stay ahead in the market.

•Monitor and report on key KPIs such as ROI, ACoS, CTR, and conversion rate.

•Continuously analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.

•Track and manage spends across automatic and manual campaigns.

•Stay updated with marketplace algorithm changes and industry best practices.

•Generate fresh advertising ideas and execute them independently.

•Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Minimum 1-year proven experience as an E-commerce Marketing/Ads Specialist.

•Strong knowledge of Amazon Campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).

•Familiarity with quick-commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart (preferred).

•Priority will be given to candidates with familiarity in Amazon DSP.

•Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

•Ability to identify trends, build strategies, and take proactive action.

•Self-starter with a creative approach, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

•Prior experience in the Pharma / FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
