Manage day-to-day operations of marketplace accounts including product listings, inventory, pricing, and order processing.
Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) for higher visibility and conversion.
Monitor sales performance, returns, ratings, and reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and ad campaigns to maximize sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Analyze sales data, marketplace trends, and competitor activity to recommend strategies for growth.
Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers to leverage promotional opportunities and resolve escalations.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and minimize account risks such as suspensions or penalties.
Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
