Growth Marketer

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing customer acquisition campaigns across paid media channels
• Analyze campaign data to identify insights, optimize performance, and improve ROI
• Support growth initiatives across D2C website, e-commerce & quick-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams for seamless campaign execution
• Track key performance metrics and contribute to monthly growth reports
• Conduct market and competitor research to refine acquisition strategies

✅ Required Skills

• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
• Interest in digital marketing, growth strategy, and the e-commerce ecosystem
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn

🎓 Education

• Graduation in any discipline

  with strong analytical aptitude and interest in growth & digital marketing
• Candidates from

  reputed colleges / universities

  are preferred, including (but not limited to):
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 engineering colleges
• Leading business schools (IIMs and equivalent institutes)
• Delhi University, Mumbai University, Pune University, and other reputed central/state universities
• Well-known private universities with strong academic credentials
