Ecommerce Executive – eBay Account Manager

We work closely with clients to provide dedicated marketplace management, price comparison , competitive analysis, inventory management , cross-listing support.

Role Overview:

dedicated Ecommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of the client’s eBay store
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, images, etc.)
• Monitor and update product inventory, pricing, and orders
• Coordinate with client teams for content, pricing, and logistics updates
• Handle eBay-specific issues such as listing errors, performance health, and policy compliance
• Maintain daily reporting and proactively suggest performance improvements

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven experience in managing eBay stores
• Proficient with eBay Seller Hub, listing tools, and CSV-based inventory management
• Familiarity with eBay SEO (Cassini), product variations, and marketplace compliance
• Strong communication skills for direct client coordination
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage operations independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cross-listing tools
• Knowledge of other platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Shopify
