Ecommerce Coordinator

Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, order fulfillment, logistics, and packaging
• Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance, ad spends, and conversion rates
• Create A+ content, banners, and other product creatives in collaboration with the design team
• Handle customer queries, returns, and reviews on marketplace platforms
• Work with marketplace account managers to ensure compliance and promotional support
• Maintain order processing through back-end panels (ERP/inventory software if any)
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend pricing or marketing strategies
• Ensure all listings meet SEO and brand guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Proven experience in managing marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Marketplace Dashboards
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations, PPC ads, and platform policies
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
