Role Overview: As an Ecommerce and D2C Head at Aquave, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's ecommerce platforms and overseeing direct-to-consumer sales strategies. Your role will involve analyzing web analytics, driving sales performance, and leading project management efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of ecommerce initiatives and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize Aquave's ecommerce platforms - Oversee direct-to-consumer sales strategies - Analyze web analytics to identify opportunities for growth - Drive sales performance through effective strategies - Lead project management efforts to ensure successful execution of initiatives - Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve ecommerce goals Qualification Required: - Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales strategies - Strong analytical skills and experience with Web Analytics - Skilled in Project Management - Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities - Relevant experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Prior experience in the D2C and Personal Care Space would be beneficial.,
