Job Overview:

Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to operational issues, risks, and incidents across business units. This role ensures timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, supports root cause analysis, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive and log change requests from business units or project teams.
Validate completeness and accuracy of change documentation.
Classify changes based on impact, urgency, and risk.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather additional information as needed.
Route changes to appropriate reviewers like legal and compliance for approval.
Maintain the change intake register and ensure timely updates.
Support change readiness assessments and stakeholder mapping

Qualification & Experience

Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)
24 years of experience in change management, service desk, or intake coordination
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to use good judgment
