Role & responsibilities: Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities as per defined objectives and timelines. Coordinate between project team, stakeholders, local authorities, and community members. Ensure smooth execution of project activities in rural and field locations. Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress records. Conduct field visits to rural areas to oversee project implementation. Liaise with village leaders, community groups, and beneficiaries. Identify ground-level challenges and propose practical solutions. Support in building and managing field teams. Assign tasks and monitor performance of project staff and volunteers. Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and capacity-building activities. Organize and conduct demonstrations, workshops, and awareness programs. Ensure effective communication of project goals and methods to target communities. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports. Maintain records of field activities, attendance, and feedback. Assist in preparing presentations and project updates for management and stakeholders. Required Skills & Competencies Strong coordination and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently in rural and challenging environments Leadership and team management capabilities Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies, or any graduate. Minimum 510 years of experience in NGO, social work, or community development projects. Strong willingness to work or Proven experience working with rural communities, vulnerable groups, or grassroots-level initiatives. Hands-on experience in coordinating NGO programs, awareness campaigns, or field interventions preferred. Additional Requirements Willingness to travel extensively and stay in rural areas when required. Ability to work flexible hours based on project needs.
