As a Private Banking Team Head in Eastern India, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading our private banking operations. Your responsibilities will include: - **Team Development:** You will be tasked with building and managing a high-performing private banking team. This involves hiring, training, and mentoring staff to ensure top-tier client service and compliance with regulatory standards. - **Client Relationship Management:** Developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and their families will be a key aspect of your role. - **Strategic Planning:** You will formulate and implement strategies to increase the market share of private banking services in Eastern India, aligning them with the overall organizational goals. - **Product Development:** Collaboration with product teams is essential to enhance private banking offerings tailored to the needs of HNW and UHNW clients. - **Sales and Revenue Growth:** Driving sales initiatives, creating and implementing sales plans, and tracking performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded will be part of your responsibilities. - **Risk Management:** Overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks associated with private banking operations will be crucial. - **Market Analysis:** Staying abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in private banking services. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional qualifications (CFA, CFP) are preferred. - Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
