About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Executive Assistant to support the Sales Head in day-to-day activities. This role combines sales coordination, client communication, and administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the sales department and effective execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Head in managing daily schedules, meetings, and communications

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, quotations, follow-ups, and client requirements

  • Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and performance dashboards

    Prepare presentations, proposals, and other documents required by the Sales Head

  • Act as the point of contact between the Sales Head and clients/distributors for regular updates and follow-ups

  • Track sales leads, monitor pipeline activities, and ensure timely responses to customers

  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and event participation for the Sales Head

    Support in organizing and attending client meetings, conferences, and exhibitions

    Draft emails, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the Sales Head

    Ensure confidentiality and smooth flow of information across the team

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 2 4 years of experience as Sales Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools

    Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

    Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

    Prior experience in manufacturing, trading, or B2B industry

    Ability to handle international communication and documentation

    Strong analytical and reporting skills
