EA to MD

EA to MD - Only Female candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for the MD – managing calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Manage MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information at all times.
• Assist in project follow-ups, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Organize travel, meetings, events, and other logistics.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience as EA/PA/Executive Coordinator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
• Ability to work under pressure with professionalism.
• Female candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
