As a member of Brand Concepts Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) by serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing the COO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining management information system (MIS) reports, documenting minutes of meetings, and liaising with clients, business partners, and team members on behalf of the COO. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in operations and hold a degree in Business Management. Proficiency in advanced tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
