Position Summary:

• Acting as a primary point of contact for all the internal and external members on the matters pertaining to the COO.
• Providing a sophisticated management of the COO's calendar and scheduling his daily meetings.
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the COO's ability to effectively lead the organization.
• Maintaining MIS reports and creating minutes of the COO's meetings.
• Follow up with clients, business partners and other team members on the COO's behalf.
  

Requirements

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Operations.
• Must Be Graduated in Business management.
• Strong Knowledge of Advance Excel, Word And Powerpoint.
• Female / Male

• Must have excellent communication skills as well as writing skills.
• Must be confident and efficient in multitasking.
