Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO, located in Noida. The EA will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support, managing the diary of the CEO, preparing expense reports, and general administrative assistance. Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and handling communication on behalf of the CEO.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
Experience with Expense Reports and Diary Management
Administrative Assistance skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
