Job Description

You'll join a team of 360 skilled experts and developers at CARIAD India and around 6,000 CARIDIANs globally, who bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge. The areas of work involve the development of platform components such as firmware, boot loaders, AUTOSAR, Linux/QNX BSP, Service oriented architecture-based middleware components.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform component, integration, and end-to-end testing for automotive systems.

Analyze and validate CAN messages, system triggers, and IDS events to ensure correct processing.

Work with test racks (mandatory experience with tricky rack setups and debugging).

Manage and track test cases in Xray (JIRA) - creation, update, execution, and result documentation.

Trigger and monitor test runs, ensuring all test evidence and results are documented.

Create detailed test reports for project stakeholders.

Collaborate with developers and CI/CD engineers to simulate environments (e.g., someIPs, system triggers).

Perform cloud-related validation (Databricks - basic usage, running SQL queries for validation).

Write automation or helper scripts in shell scripting or Python.

Support vehicle-level and official end-to-end validation activities.

Good To Have:

Knowledge of vehicle-level and system-level test validation.

Exposure to test automation frameworks.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker).

Understanding of AUTOSAR basics, DLT logs-analyses and understand.
