Job Description

As a Senior Manager in the Strategy & Consulting Global Network SAP Platform COE at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to leverage your in-depth S/4 HANA platform expertise across functions such as Supply Chain & Operations and Finance. You must demonstrate extensive experience in SAP Platform Pre-Sales, including solutioning and orchestrating RFP/Proposals as a Solution Architect or Subject Matter Expert. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to drive complex SAP transformation engagements and engage effectively with clients at all levels. In this position, you will play a key role in leading S4 HANA transformation projects, from blueprint to implementation, by leveraging your deep knowledge of industry sectors like Resources, Manufacturing, and CMT. Your responsibilities will include conducting design workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis, while managing project risks, plans, and budgets. Additionally, you will support pre-sales activities, provide client advisory on S/4HANA led transformation, and develop innovative solutions to overcome clients" business challenges. Your role will also involve networking and business development, where you will build and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and lead Accenture's pursuits related to S/4HANA opportunities. Furthermore, you will contribute to developing cutting-edge thought leadership and assets that differentiate Accenture's capabilities in driving business success with S4 HANA. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical and communication skills, impeccable team management abilities, and the capability to solve complex business problems while delivering client delight. Your experience in working on large-scale transformation programs, as well as your expertise in SAP solution architecture and functional design, will be crucial for success in this position. Additionally, your MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 business school and proven track record in client-facing roles will be valuable assets in driving impactful outcomes for global clients.
