Job Description

Program Portfolio Management

- Prepare clear and compelling executive-level presentations and detailed diagrams that define program design and implementation strategies for leadership and stakeholders.

- Coordinate technology-driven transformation programs across the department, ensuring alignment with evolving business strategies.

- Define and guide project and program requirements, including product roadmaps, resource allocation, and timeline estimation.

- Drive continuous improvement by rationalizing technology portfolios, reducing redundancies, and optimizing resource utilization.

- Establish and standardize program management frameworks and methodologies across diverse teams to create consistent, repeatable processes.

- Produce consistent, scheduled reporting, ensuring updates are timely, accurate, and actionable for stakeholders.
Technical Leadership Delivery

- Communicate complex technology modernization initiatives effectively, translating technical concepts into understandable and actionable information for diverse audience.

- Contribute to the design, architecture, and execution of technical implementation for products, ensuring robust delivery.

- Contribute to full lifecycle from product ideation and prototyping to enterprise launch ensuring scalability, performance, and commercial success.

- Advocate for best practices in performance, reliability, security, and compliance within program deliverables.
Agile Product Management

- Support and drive adoption of Agile practices, modern engineering tools, and continuous integration/deployment methods.

- Support the product managers to manage dependencies, prioritize product features, enhancements, and resolve roadblocks.

- Introduce product-centric approaches to enterprise transformation to balance innovation with operational efficiency.

masters degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong technical acumen, including expertise in software development, system architecture, or cloud technologies.
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technical programs from inception to completion.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and motivating team members towards common goals.
Advanced project and program management skills (including Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities: able to align product, engineering, and business interests.

Experience with risk identification, mitigation strategy, and maintaining project delivery on schedule.
System design and architecture expertise, including the ability to design scalable systems.

Experience reporting to senior management and executives with a focus on data-driven recommendations, metrics, and program health transparency.

Strong influencing skills, able to lead without direct authority and manage conflicts constructively.
