Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation:
- Design graphics, animations, and multimedia elements for e-learning modules.
- Develop storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize course flow and content.
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to branding guidelines.
Technical Execution:
- Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and After Effects.
- Implement interactive design elements such as simulations, branching scenarios, and gamified content.
- Maintain and update databases to track learner feedback and technical issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design within an educational or e-learning context.
Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia and e-learning projects.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with animation and interactive design tools.
Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
