E-learning Content Developer Intern

The E-learning Content Developer Intern will help design and build online learning materials that are clear, engaging, and easy to use. This opportunity is suited for students or recent graduates who are curious about instructional design, educational technology, or creative content development. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced content developers and subject matter experts, contributing ideas and learning how to transform information into interactive learning experiences. Success means meeting deadlines, producing accurate and well-organized materials, and showing a willingness to explore new tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating online modules, presentations, and assessments.
• Work with senior developers and subject experts to produce accurate content.
• Format materials for clarity, accessibility, and easy navigation.
• Update existing courses to keep them current and error-free.
• Test e-learning content for functionality and compatibility.
• Keep learning materials and project files organized in the LMS.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in a related field.
• Comfortable using computers and online tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
