E-learning Content Developer Intern

As an E-learning Content Developer Intern at our company, you will be responsible for designing and building online learning materials that are clear, engaging, and user-friendly. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates who have an interest in instructional design, educational technology, or creative content development. Working alongside experienced content developers and subject matter experts, you will contribute ideas and learn how to transform information into interactive learning experiences. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet deadlines, produce accurate and well-organized materials, and demonstrate a willingness to explore new tools and techniques. Responsibilities: - Assist in creating online modules, presentations, and assessments. - Collaborate with senior developers and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of content. - Format materials to enhance clarity, accessibility, and ease of navigation. - Update existing courses to maintain relevance and accuracy. - Test e-learning content to ensure functionality and compatibility. - Maintain organization of learning materials and project files in the Learning Management System (LMS). Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in a related field. - Proficiency in using computers and online tools. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace. - Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively in a team. - Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and grow.
