As an E-learning Content Developer Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and constructing online learning materials that are not only clear and engaging but also user-friendly. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates who have a keen interest in instructional design, educational technology, or creative content development. Working closely with experienced content developers and subject matter experts, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and learn how to transform information into interactive learning experiences. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet deadlines, create accurate and well-organized materials, and demonstrate a willingness to explore new tools and techniques. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in creating online modules, presentations, and assessments. - Collaborate with senior developers and subject experts to ensure the accuracy of content. - Format materials to enhance clarity, accessibility, and ease of navigation. - Update existing courses to ensure they remain current and error-free. - Test e-learning content for functionality and compatibility. - Maintain organization of learning materials and project files within the Learning Management System (LMS). **Qualifications Required:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in a related field. - Proficient in using computers and online tools. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace. - Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team. - Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and grow.
