E-Commerce/Retail Planner

As a Planning Coordinator, your role will involve working closely with the Senior planner to support in creating the monthly / quarterly Open-to-Buy (OTB) and option plan. You will be responsible for tracking the performance of different styles and planning replenishment for Bestseller products. Additionally, you will manage and track the Target versus Actuals for the month at the Category Level. Your tasks will also include Inventory Management by aligning with the category and sourcing for stock inwards as per the Sales plan and Days on Hand (DOH) Target. Furthermore, you will analyze Inventory Gaps and coordinate with Buying/sourcing teams to address any discrepancies. It will be your responsibility to perform supply chain and capacity planning, as well as track the OTB consumption against the plan and report any anomalies. You will also collaborate with the Tech and Data Science team to automate or create business intelligent dashboards. Key Responsibilities: - Create monthly / quarterly OTB and option plan - Track style performance and plan replenishment for Bestseller - Manage and track Target vs Actuals at Category Level - Align with category and sourcing for stock inwards as per Sales plan and DOH Target - Analyze Inventory Gaps and coordinate with Buying/sourcing teams - Perform supply chain and capacity planning - Track OTB consumption against the plan and report anomalies - Work with Tech and Data Science team to automate/create business intelligent dashboards Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Excel - Minimum 4 years of experience in planning or eCommerce space In addition, the company operates in the Retail/FMCG/E-commerce field with a focus on forecasting, forecast accuracy, demand planning, stock out, slow moving items, regional planning, inventory management, retail planning, season planning, Open-to-Buy (OTB), brokenness, and New Product Introduction (NPI).,
