As a Planning Specialist, your primary role will involve working closely with the Senior planner to create the monthly/quarterly Open-To-Buy (OTB) and option plan. You will be responsible for tracking the Style performance and planning replenishment for Bestseller products. Additionally, you will manage and track the Target vs Actuals at the Category Level on a monthly basis. Your duties will also include inventory management by aligning with the category and sourcing for stock inwards according to the Sales plan and Days on Hand (DOH) Target.
