E-Commerce/Retail Planner

As a Planning Specialist, your primary role will involve working closely with the Senior planner to create the monthly/quarterly Open-To-Buy (OTB) and option plan. You will be responsible for tracking the Style performance and planning replenishment for Bestseller products. Additionally, you will manage and track the Target vs Actuals at the Category Level on a monthly basis. Your duties will also include inventory management by aligning with the category and sourcing for stock inwards according to the Sales plan and Days on Hand (DOH) Target. In case of any Inventory Gaps, you will analyze them and coordinate with the Buying/sourcing team to fill them. Furthermore, you will be involved in performing supply chain and capacity planning activities. Monitoring the OTB consumption against the plan and reporting any anomalies will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with the Tech and Data Science team to automate or create business intelligent dashboards is another key aspect of your role.
