E-Commerce Specialist

As an E-Commerce Specialist at UPOD Sourcing, your role is crucial in setting up and managing new and existing onboarded partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers. Your main responsibilities will include: - Establishing strong relationships with onboarding partners and communicating expectations, deadlines, and enhancement requests effectively. - Ensuring product images and copy meet customer needs and maintaining proper onboarding documentation. - Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on the progress of new onboarding customers. - Creating monthly reports to track sales, deductions, returns, and upselling opportunities, and analyzing data to improve service and sales. Additionally, you will: - Assist in managing the product setup process on E-Commerce portals. - Participate in new product concept brainstorming meetings. - Set up product details in item master, ensuring accuracy of product and packaging samples. - Approve final product photography and catalog accuracy. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Excellent PC skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint. - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English. - Exceptional teamwork, collaboration, and multitasking abilities. - Analytical skills to review data, apply logic, and draw appropriate conclusions. - A Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent work experience in onboarding. - Strong attention to detail. The working hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM in an office environment. This is a full-time, contracted position at UPOD Sourcing.,
