E-Commerce (Shopify) & Operations Manager

The Role

We're looking for a skilled Shopify Expert to optimize our online store, enhance user experience, and implement growth-focused e-commerce strategies. 

Responsibilities

Ecommerce (Shopify):

• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates
• Integrate third-party tools (email marketing, analytics, subscription platforms)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing platform maintenance
• Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and landing pages
• Analyze e-commerce metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
• Stay current with Shopify updates, new features, and industry best practices

Operations & Fulfillment:

• Oversee order processing workflows and fulfillment operations
• Manage product catalogs, inventory systems, and automated workflows
• Manage inventory levels, stock alerts, and product availability
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and customer service escalations
• Set up and optimize automated fulfillment rules and shipping calculations

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization
• Knowledge of SEO principles and site performance optimization
• Experience with popular Shopify apps and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics)
• Understanding of payment gateways and checkout optimization
• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools

• Amazon store management experience - including product listings, PPC campaigns, and marketplace optimization

• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools is a plus
