We are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Specialist to focus on recovering abandoned carts and improving conversion rates. This role involves analyzing cart abandonment data, implementing strategies to re-engage potential customers, and driving sales through targeted outreach.
Responsibilities:
-Connect with customers who have abandoned their carts via calls, emails, and SMS to encourage completion of their purchase.
-Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to generate new business opportunities.
-Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand the reasons behind cart abandonment and adjust recovery strategies accordingly.
-Achieve or surpass sales targets.
-Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular updates to management.
-Develop and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
-Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and improve conversion rates.
