Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales. - Identify potential customers through cold calling and other lead generation methods. - Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. - Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions. - Maintain and develop relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. - Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
