Job Description

As an E-Commerce Sales Specialist at our company, your primary focus will be on recovering abandoned carts and improving conversion rates. You will be responsible for analyzing cart abandonment data, implementing strategies to re-engage potential customers, and driving sales through targeted outreach. Your key responsibilities will include: - Connecting with customers who have abandoned their carts via calls, emails, and SMS to encourage completion of their purchase. - Identifying potential clients and proactively reaching out to generate new business opportunities. - Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to understand the reasons behind cart abandonment and adjusting recovery strategies accordingly. - Achieving or surpassing sales targets. - Keeping detailed records of sales activities and client interactions, and providing regular updates to management. - Developing and sustaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. - Maintaining a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries. - Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and improve conversion rates.
