E-Commerce Sales Specialist

You are a driven and energetic individual who is passionate about empowering Indian artists in the art ecosystem. As a Vendor Subscription Sales Executive at The Bandra Store, your role will involve onboarding artists and sculptors onto the platform by reaching out to them through various channels like Email, Online Chat, and Phone Calls. You will be responsible for explaining the platform benefits, converting leads into Annual Paid Subscribers, managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM updates, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, and working closely with the Vendor Onboarding Executive and Digital Marketing Executive to ensure smooth activation. Your goal will be to meet monthly subscription sales targets. Qualifications required for this role include being a BMS/MBA graduate with 3 years of experience, possessing strong communication and persuasion skills, being comfortable with inside sales, calling, and online conversations, and having an interest in art, creators, e-commerce, or digital platforms. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow will be essential for success in this position.
