Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting overall recruitment activities.
  • Shortlisting the applications received for various positions based on the requirement.
  • Conducting first-level conversations with the applicants.
  • Scheduling interviews of the relevant applicants.
  • Monitoring and maintaining an MIS for recruitment.
  • Documenting the process of joiners.
