Job Description

Candidates will be assigned tasks based on their abilities and interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • General accounting:
  • Issue estimates, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Generate credit and debit notes.
  • Perform payment and GST reconciliation.
  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
  • Compliance:
  • Manage GST, TDS, PT, and ITR filings.
  • Ensure legal compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Assist in raising funds.
  • Coordinate with chartered accountants (CA) and company secretaries (CS).
  • Commercial:
  • Work with the product team on pricing and costing.
  • Oversee bank accounts and fund flow.
  • Prepare reports and manage MIS.
