Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and maintain related records.
Assist in income tax computation, TDS deduction, and return filing.
Support in preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for financial data and clarifications.
Use various accounting and ERP software tools to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Monitor expenses and support in budgeting and internal financial control processes.
