E-commerce Product Upload Specialist

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and maintain product listings with precision, including images, descriptions, prices, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all uploads meet brand and quality standards, maintaining a premium visual and written presentation.
• Handle bulk uploads and product updates within tight deadlines using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Write engaging and SEO-optimized product descriptions using appropriate fashion and industry-specific language.
• Collaborate with the design, photography, and inventory teams to collect, verify, and manage product data.
• Conduct regular audits of the online product catalog to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user shopping experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).

✅ In-depth knowledge of fabrics, prints, embroidery styles, and handwork techniques.

✅ Strong awareness of current fashion trends and the ability to apply them to product listings.

✅ Hands-on experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.

✅ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for managing and uploading bulk data.

✅ Basic image editing skills (preferred) to ensure product images meet platform standards.

✅ High level of attention to detail, with solid organizational and time-management abilities.

✅ Knowledge of SEO best practices for product optimization (preferred).

✅ Quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a fashion or e-commerce product upload role.
• Familiarity with CMS tools and inventory/stock management systems.
