As an E-commerce Product Upload Specialist in our Uploading Team, your main responsibility will be to upload and maintain product listings with precision on various e-commerce platforms. This includes ensuring that the listings meet brand and quality standards. Your strong English communication skills will be put to good use as you will be tasked with writing engaging and SEO-optimized product descriptions. Collaboration with different teams and conducting regular audits to maintain a premium presentation will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have in-depth knowledge of fabrics, colors, embroidery, prints, and current fashion trends. Proficiency in Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is crucial. You should also be adept at managing bulk uploads and product updates using Excel or Google Sheets. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time-management will be essential for meeting tight deadlines and ensuring a seamless user shopping experience. Preferred qualifications for this role include basic image editing skills, knowledge of SEO best practices, and prior experience in a fashion or e-commerce product upload role. Familiarity with CMS tools and inventory/stock management systems would also be advantageous.
