Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and more. This role requires someone who can handle everything from product listings and ads to inventory management, team coordination, and social media support. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. Create and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and sales Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across marketplaces Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Coordinate with graphic designers to ensure high-quality visuals for listings, ads, and promotions Handle communications with platform support teams to resolve issues promptly Assist in managing and posting content on social media platforms Maintain stock records and oversee inventory management Stay updated on trends in the decoration industry (birthdays, Christmas, festivals, etc.) Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in managing e-commerce platforms Solid understanding of online advertising and marketplace tools Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, support, logistics) Experience in the decorations or related industry is a plus Strong organizational and communication ski
