A renowned tea manufacturing industry is a heritage-driven and innovation-led pioneer in tea manufacturing, recognized as the largest producer of Assam CTC tea in India’s Bought Leaf Factory (BLF) segment. We were among the first to introduce the concept of Bought Leaf Factories in the remote regions of Assam in the early 1990s, revolutionizing the tea production process through continuous innovation and machine system optimization.

Our group operates ten tea factories and estates, all located in Upper Assam, beyond Tinsukia, with a combined annual production capacity of 25 million kilograms. We are proud institutional suppliers to India’s leading tea retailers—including TATA, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Wagh Bakri, and Society Tea—conducting private sales exclusively through brokers, bypassing auctions. Our sales and coordination are managed from our Kolkata office, located at the intersection of AJC Bose Road and Theatre Road, near Kala Mandir.

As an ethical, boutique-style organization with a strong legacy, we seek individuals who do not come from traditional corporate backgrounds, but who take full ownership of their responsibilities with sincerity and self-accountability. Under our PKG Division, we personally oversee three key BLF units—Borbil Tea, Jagunbari Tea, and Chandraawati Tea—producing a combined 7.5 million kilograms of tea annually.

Head Retail Online

Lead and manage e-commerce sales, online brand presence, and operations for a premium CTC tea brand.
Responsibilities include sales funnel ownership (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), demand forecasting, pricing strategy, inventory and fulfilment coordination, performance analytics, and ensuring brand alignment in all digital communications.

Requires 4–7 years’ e-commerce FMCG/D2C experience in digital space , strong marketplace management skills, data-driven decision-making, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
