Role Summary:

• Optimize listings for visibility, SEO, and sales conversion.

4. Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, PPC, and other channels.
• Drive website traffic and boost conversion rates.

5. Data Analysis

• Monitor website analytics and sales performance.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategy improvements.

6. Customer Experience Management

• Enhance user experience on the platform.
• Manage customer inquiries and support to ensure satisfaction.

7. Sales & Promotions

• Implement promotional campaigns and offers to drive revenue.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, sales, logistics, IT, and design teams for smooth operations.

9. Market Research

Essential Skills:
